Holy Redeemer is blessed to be surrounded by the Pacific Northwest's visible and constant reminders of the wonders of God's creation. The church and school are perched above the Columbia River just a few miles from the Willamette River. A basic page on the many ways that Holy Redeemer is attending to God's creation through stewardship. Can include quotes from the Bishop's Letter on the Columbia River and include a picture from the parking lot down to the Columbia. These can either be subnavigation and/or bullets from this page:
- Stormwater
- Planting trees
- Green building
- Recycling
- Purchasing decisions
One of the ways that we practice Stewardship is by "tithing" as a parish community. Each Sunday, 5% of our offertory collection is donated to an organization that serves the poor.
