Applications for the upcoming school year open on November 1.
To be considered in the first round of admissions decisions, the online application form must be submitted by February 1. This allows sufficient time in February for families to complete all checklist items associated with the application process. We kindly ask that applicant families schedule admissions appointments and complete the necessary requirements promptly to ensure the application is finalized by early March. First round admissions decisions will be communicated in mid-March.
Applications submitted after February 1 will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Decisions for these applications will be released in late March or as soon as possible thereafter.

Families who have not yet toured the school or attended one of our Open House events will be invited to schedule a campus tour as part of the admissions process. School tours are personally guided by our Middle School Wildcat Ambassadors, offering a unique opportunity to experience Holy Redeemer Catholic School through the eyes of our students.
We warmly welcome children to attend the tour alongside their parents or guardians. This allows prospective students to become familiar with our campus environment, ask questions, and engage with our school community.
These tours provide valuable insight into our academic programs, faith-based mission, and vibrant student life. We look forward to sharing what makes Holy Redeemer a special place to learn and grow.
-
Student Visit Days
As part of the admissions process, applicants will be invited to spend time with their prospective class for either a full day or a portion of the day. These visit days allow students to experience a typical school day, interact with teachers and peers, and begin to feel a sense of belonging within the Holy Redeemer community.
During the visit, students will also complete assessment testing appropriate to their grade level. These assessments help our faculty evaluate academic readiness and assist in making informed placement decisions.
Each student will be placed with the current class at their grade level, giving them the opportunity to shadow the group of students who would become their classmates in the year for which they are applying. This helps provide a more authentic and welcoming experience for your child.
Visit Schedule by Grade Level:
Kindergarten: 1-hour visit
First and Second Grade: Half-day visit (8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)
Third through Seventh Grade: Full-day visit (8:00 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.)
Please note: Student visits are scheduled after the application has been submitted and a school tour has been completed.
We look forward to welcoming your child to campus and giving them a meaningful introduction to life at Holy Redeemer Catholic School.

Admissions Decisions
At Holy Redeemer Catholic School, we are committed to enrolling students and families who will thrive within our school community. Our admissions process is not based on a first-come, first-served system, but rather on a thoughtful and comprehensive evaluation of each applicant.
Admission decisions are made by the Admissions Committee and the Principal, based on space availability and a careful review of all materials submitted during the admissions process, including documentation from external sources. Our goal is to ensure that Holy Redeemer is the right fit for each student and that we are well positioned to meet the academic, social, and spiritual needs of every child we accept.
In situations where a student meets all admission criteria but space is not available, the applicant will be placed in a wait pool and considered should a space become available.
Decision Notification Timeline:
For applications submitted on or before February 1, decision letters will be emailed and mailed via USPS by March 19 to the address provided on the application.
For applications submitted after February 1, decision letters will be sent via email and USPS at the end of March or later, depending on when the application file is completed.
We appreciate your interest in Holy Redeemer Catholic School and look forward to partnering with you throughout the admissions process.
